Niryo NED3PRO Integration Package for Education

With the integration package, teachers can automate an educational training line using the Ned3 Pro 6-axis robotic arm.

It provides a complete solution for teaching robotics integration and the control of industrial equipment in an educational environment (factory simulation).

This package combines the Ned3 Pro robot, the Player One HMI box, and the 5V/24V I/O adapter, making it easier to connect and communicate with PLCs, sensors, conveyors, and other 24V industrial machines or tools.

  • PLC manual included

Key benefits of this package

Thanks to the 5V/24V I/O adapter, the integration package makes it easy to connect an educational training line to 24V industrial equipment, including conveyors, sensors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) from brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Allen-Bradley.

Teachers and students can therefore focus on important learning objectives, such as understanding the communication between the robot and a PLC (PLC-to-robot handshaking) and synchronising equipment on an automated production line, rather than dealing with the complexity of technical integration from an administrative and safety perspective.

The Player One also enables students to learn how to control automated processes via a real human-machine interface (HMI), allowing them to develop skills that reflect the practical work processes on industrial production lines.
